KaBOOM! knows that in order to achieve our vision of a great place to play within walking distance of every child, we need to empower communities on a grand scale to build playgrounds on their own without our direct oversight. To do this, we decided to give away our knowledge and experience to anyone who wanted it through our Planner, trainings, and online resources.

Planner
Get a free website for your playspace project, plus step-by-step guidance and a community to help you plan it!

Road Map
With the eight mile markers on the KaBOOM! Interactive Road Map, we help keep your playspace project planning on course. All you have to do is click, listen, and learn how to make your project a success!

Toolkit
Our tried and true Toolkit contains all our years of playground building know-how. It’s a comprehensive set of fundraising, planning, construction and maintenance guides that inspire, support and deliver project success.

Online Training
We offer a number of free, live online training sessions to help those building playgrounds and campaigning for the cause of play. Our sessions teach people how to get corporate sponsorship, how to start the community-build process, and how to advocate for play in their communities. They’re easy and fun. The perfect combination!

KaBOOM! Community
Through our social network, builders and play advocates can ask questions and share ideas with folks who have built playgrounds before...or are just starting a project!

Side Projects
We offer dozens of free project plans to make community-built playspaces into inviting community spaces.

Vendor Directory
This tool identifies vendors that other playground organizers have rated based on their experience. Once your project is complete, you can share your own experience to help others pick the best company with whom to do business.
