KaBOOM! social media in New York Times

InternetYou probably already know KaBOOM! is rocking the social media world - what with our robust presences on Twitter, Facebook, MySpace, YouTube and other social networks.

And now readers of the one-and-only New York Times know, too! Their recent article "Clicking for a Cause" talks about how nonprofits are handling social media, and quotes our CEO. Here's a snippet:

[KaBOOM!] has opted to cultivate small but devoted followings on Facebook and Twitter and to put their energies to practical use in the field.

“What we care about is deepening the level of connection our followers have with each other and with us,” said Darell Hammond, KaBoom’s founder. “Over time they may become donors. For now, we want people we can move from interest in the cause to action.”
