About the project
Breakwater’s unusual and wonderous structures are located along the new Jamestown Riverwalk, very close to a busy street, and offer opportunities to climb, slide, or just take a break from walking and cycling.
Community impact
The project has added an eye-catching new element to draw users to the new trail, and it conveniently sits close to a low-income neighborhood.
