Timothy M. Fesenmyer is a partner in the Mergers and Acquisitions practice of premier global law firm Paul Hastings LLP. He is based in the firm’s New York office.
Timothy has significant experience advising companies and their boards of directors, board committees, executive management, and legal teams in public and private mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other complex corporate transactions, including in restructuring and special situations matters. In addition, he regularly advises clients in other corporate, securities, strategic, and business-related matters, including corporate governance, stockholder and compliance matters, SEC reporting obligations and disclosure issues, and general corporate and commercial matters.
Timothy has substantial transactional involvement across numerous industries, including consumer products, financial services, media and entertainment, telecommunications, food and beverage, professional sports, aviation and aerospace, industrials, professional services, insurance, private equity, private credit, healthcare, real estate, hospitality and technology.
For nearly two decades, Timothy has led teams at his current and prior law firms in providing certain legal services to KABOOM! on a pro bono basis. Timothy previously served on the Board of Directors of KABOOM! from 2010 to 2018.
Timothy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration from Miami University, a Master of Public Administration from the University of Pittsburgh School of Public and International Affairs, and a Juris Docter from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
