Support the 25 in 5 Initiative
Give to the End Playspace Inequity Fund
This fund is dedicated to building local, regional, and national partnerships geared to co-create quality playspaces alongside communities at a broader scale.
The End Playspace Inequity Fund allows us to build quality playspaces where there is a clear need, while addressing common access barriers. It also allows us to build more welcoming playspaces by offering design elements that promote inclusion that reflects the local community demographics and culture.
Support the Creation of a National Data Platform
This platform will help us identify specifically where playspace inequity exists, allowing us to seek partnerships with communities most impacted by playspace inequity and inform where playspace infrastructure investments should be prioritized.
Bolster our Evidence and Insights Capabilities
Dedicated capacity building funding allows us to generate the evidence that makes the case for increased investments in community-designed playspaces. Through this work, we will partner with national and regional experts to build the evidence base that demonstrates the positive child and community outcomes with access to high-quality, community-designed playspaces for communities of color.
Expand the Reach of our Public Awareness Campaigns
Playspace inequity is a cross-sector problem that impacts the well-being of children, including educational outcomes, neighborhood vitality, and the overall quality of life in any given community. Support of our thought leadership strategy and public awareness campaigns allow us to galvanize cross-sector leadership action towards playspace infrastructure investments. Powerful ways corporate partners can support our efforts include:
- Point of sale or on-package visibility that extends the reach of our public awareness efforts and help support our fundraising campaigns
- Employee volunteer or giving programs that engage teams in playspace-building efforts and philanthropic giving
Strengthen our Policy and Advocacy Capacity
Help us increase our capacity to advocate for playspace equity to be a top priority for federal, state, and local investment. Through this policy-maker education work, we will promote pro-playspace equity policies in relevant legislative and administrative actions and public investment conversations.
