How to use economic recovery funds for playgrounds

The most recently published policy brief from the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation describes how municipal governments can take advantage of different parts of the economic recovery funds to build healthier communities. Playgrounds are mentioned specifically in the sections on school renovation money and community development block grants. In fact, New York City Parks and Recreation's efforts renovating parks is cited as an example.
