$20,000 Construction Grants

In 2013 the Playful City USA program will award twenty-eight (28) $20,000 Let’s Play Construction grants to cities and non-profit organizations that are in a recognized Playful City USA community. The grants will be awarded to cities using the community build process and used toward the purchase of playground equipment. The community-build process engages citizens and organizations, while relying on volunteers for construction, which significantly lowers the cost of building playgrounds.

These exclusive grants for 2013 recognized Playful City USA community will be available beginning May 20, 2013. The deadline date to submit the application is July 10, 2013.
