Individual Supporters

Are you passionate about the cause of play? Do you believe that every child should live within walking distance of a playground?  Do you want to help us advocate for healthier children, greener cities, better schools, and stronger neighborhoods?

Our individual supporters are at the heart of the KaBOOM! mission. Support from people across the country allows us to work in the areas that need our help the most. There are a number of ways any individual can support KaBOOM!:

	Financial Contribution: A gift of any amount supports our mission to provide a great place to play within walking distance of every child in America. You can donate via credit card at kaboom.org/donate, or send a check, made out to “KaBOOM!” to 4455 Connecticut Ave NW, Suite B100, Washington DC 20008
	Wedding, Bar/Bat Mitzvah: Instead of gifts, ask your guests to send a donation to KaBOOM! in your honor. We’ve had weddings take place on a playground build, and playgrounds built in honor of a Bar and Bat Mitzvah.
	Eagle Scout/Gold Award Project: Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts are encouraged to work with KaBOOM! to help build a playground where it’s needed the most in their community.
	KaBOOM! Birthday Party: For your kid’s next birthday party (or yours!) think about asking your guests to send a gift to KaBOOM! instead of adding to the toy pile in your house.
	Stocks/Bonds: KaBOOM! welcomes gifts of stocks, mutual funds and bonds from our supporters.
	Planned Giving: If you would like to remember KaBOOM! in your will, we would be grateful for your support.
