Miracle Recreation has a new grant program that I have just inquired about. The grant offsets some of the cost for playgrounds. When I spoke to the manufacture rep their goal was to offset pricing enough that it would be helpful but still spread it around the country. There is a 2 week review period and it does need to be in the later stages of planning since a local rep needs to submit plans to them. Hope this helps someone.
