having trouble with website not cooperating

I'm having a problem moving stuff of my webpage.  Every time I try to move something, nothing happens, except my tools to edit & move stuff disappears. It's been doing this since Thursday (4 days ago.)  It let me switch the "kids at play" album wit....

Letter to Restaurants

I noticed that some of you have gotten together with local/chain restaurants to raise funds for projects from total sales or tips for the night/week. Would/If you have a copy of the letter you used to send to the business could you send me a copy at bbrown@southsiouxcity.org.

We gave restaurants a huge ridiculous packet that is posted on our website at http://projects.kaboom.org/lincolnlionsplayground in our forum. Its titled downloadable documents. You don't need anything quite like that but really just a short letter or donation form about your project. We made up a flyer to give to restaurants but we didn't end up needing it. A lot of restaurants already have fundraiser like this set up. Such places like TGI Fridays, UNO's, Damon's, Max and Erma's, Pizza Hut and a few other places. They even provide you with cards or flyers usually. Hope this helps.
