Ok, so I had a thought today that it would be fun to start a thread where people can share their playground stories.  I think this would be something entertaining to read and hopefully people will keep adding to it and it'll just keep growing.  I'm with KaBOOM! and unfortunat....

Good afternoon,

I posted a "ton" of pictures last week but now they do not show up on our web-site.  Could you research and find out where they are?  I've tried to go back in to re-post them but cannot get it to function properly.  I have more pics I would like to download since we are in the final stages of our build and things are really happening!

Please help.....

Good heavens. Of course. Yikes. When we figure out what the problem is, we'll report back here to the forums. Amy

OK. I think we've got you straightened out. You accidentally deleted the page. Don't feel bad. This happens a lot. The big "Delete" button at the top just looks so attractive, so inviting, so seductive... well... maybe not seductive, but lots of people click on it. The catch to the pretty buttons at the top is that it affects the whole page. If you hit delete at the top, trying to just delete one module (like those pre-loaded photos of the kids), you'll accidentally delete everything on that page.

There is a "recycle bin" for anything you delete. That's where we found your photos. For future reference, you can find it under your Admin menu. It's about 2/3 of the way down.

If you want to delete just one photo gallery, click the Edit Albums button just under the photos. From there, you can delete the offending album and all of the photos in it. If you just want to remove a photo, make sure you are on the photo itself before you hit any link that says "delete".

I hope this helps. If you have any other problems, please let me know.

Amy
