I just attended a We Play Seminar (which was great!) but when I asked if there is a sample program plan (requirement for challenge grantees) to look at I was told it is in the blue manual or online....I still can't find one in either place? Help! mp
Howdy. Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. I talked to Jonathan (whom all of you Challenge Grantees are very familiar with by now) and he said that there really isn't a set template for the Program Plan. He said that the information about who to do it is in the Community Build Playspace Owner's Manual (you can download it here -- fair warning, it's a 4 meg PDF and might take a minute to download). I'll still try to find you a sample but, in the meantime, here's something.

The Playspace Owner's Manual is part of the Toolkit. The full Toolkit also includes workbooks for your committees. We're running out of the printed copies, but we've got PDFs available for download. Just make sure you are logged in or you won't see the page.
