How much Ice?

Our playground build is next week!!!!  It will most likely be hot here.  We are using 5 gallon water coolers for water -- we will have at least a 1/2 dozen of these.  We are expecting at least 250 volunteers.  For lunch, we will have bottled drinks that will also need to be cooled...

Any thoughts?  How much ice did you guys use on your build days?

Our local Red Cross brought out huge coolers full of ice.   The backup was to get ice from our college's ice machine that the atheletic teams use.
