Hi! I am Rachel Warner Blosser, mother of 2 terrific kids and Secretary for Cross Creek Township, Washington County, Pennsylvania. I have worked for the Township for 8 years, and we do not have a park. That is about to change and I personally cannot wait! I feel like a kid at Christmas, anxiously awaiting!
