| (Update!!!) Nearly 60 Spartanburg local businesses, non-profits and governmental agencies sponsored the Spartanburg park it day event, including both Home Depot in town (Home Depot is a founding partner of the KaBoom! organization, which helps with playground revitalization projects across the country), The Spartanburg County Foundation, Wild Wings Cafe, Waffle House, Gerald's Groceries, Shirley's Pantry, The Mary Black Foundation and the Crescent Hills Neighborhood Association just to name a few.

Hello future Volunteers and Donors,
We are looking forward to working with you! We have been planning this project since May 2005. When I tell you the Kaboom website has been the easy mountain to climb. Everything else is an uphill battle. But I do believe that we are going to make. Lord, Lord, Lord! Is all that I can say. With out you we can not get this done. I know that you need to hear wonderful things about our accomplishments, but I do think that I need to tell you that we need your prayers for our cousin Grace and favor to remain present when ever a unifying project is in action. Yes we need you muscles to get the playground built in a day, Yes we need your money too, But Please don’t forget your prayers!!
