More About Me
A California native, I spent most of my time playing outdoors doing numerous activities. Climbing trees and playing ball were and still (to some degree) are what I enjoy doing. Ever since back in the day when my mom ran a childcare business from home, I knew that my true passion rested in warming the hearts of children and ensuring their happiness. I spent my early adult years playing competitive softball, and continued my career up until I got injured before I was even able to play my first division 1 game. Upon that, I moved to Santa Barbara, where I attended UCSB and earned a degree with a double major in Portuguese and Anthropology. I then moved back to the Bay Area and began working at the Boys and Girls Clubs of the Peninsula where I returned to my love of working with children. Now, I have found my place with KaBOOM!, and am delighted that I have found the perfect niche where I can practice all the skills I love while ultimately helping children have fun.
