More About Me
Play is important to me because I am a 1st grade teacher of all boys in an inner-city public school. Play is a major component of what I do to reach out to my young men. I teach through play. My favorite playground memory is doing tricks on the swings. I would swing as fast and high as I can go then jump off, swing upside down, or twist around in several different directions. Now my 4 year old daughter enjoys swinging, and I love to push her on the swings.
