ARLINGTON, Texas -- The Arlington School District is filing a lawsuit against three companies that provided the wood chips at Beth Anderson Elementary after a playground fire broke out last year.

The district alleges the wood fiber chips ignited and destroyed the school's plastic play equipment, resulting in hundreds of thousands of dollars in damage.
