Almost all hands are on deck for the building of a new playground that will take shape Thursday adjacent to the Continentals of Omega Boys and Girls Club.

With only a few more days left, the push is on to finalize details and gather enough volunteers for building the playground, which will be called Positive Place Park, said Deborah Dickson, parent volunteer and project proponent.

The new playground will be built in nearly seven hours with local volunteers and hundreds of Home Depot employees.
